Aim: to practice silence and solitude together.
For: those looking to establish and/or deepen a practice of silence, including musicians, artists, professionals, laborers, home-makers. Families are encouraged to participate together.
Participants commit to:
- Attend two Zoom meetings and three teleconference meetings.
- Perform exercises as able.
- Keep silence as you are able for twenty four hours between Zoom meetings.
Complete abstention from email, news, and social media.
